Refund policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake.
Aerosol Products
Aerosols are not returnable due to shipping regulations. If the item was received damaged or incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item. However, you will be responsible for return shipping. Notify us first with your exchange request. You will be issued an Return Authorization number. Once your return is accepted and approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- All returns must be approved by Detailers Finest and must be accompanied by a Detailers Finest issued RMA
- Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for all returns not related to fault of Detailers Finest
- All returns due to the error of Detailers Finest will be returned with shipping prepaid by Detailers Finest
Non-Returnable Items:
- Aerosols (see exception noted above)
- Special ordered items
- Expired products
- Items removed from its original packaging or with customer markings
- Items damaged in transit by shipping. Notify Detailers Finest and keep all merchandise - DO NOT DISPOSE. Carriers can request pickup of damaged goods to complete claim process. Disposing of damaged items will be considered as acceptance of damaged goods.
- Power Tools that are used even once will be considered used merchandise and are non-returnable. Any defect must be addressed with manufacturer.
- Product not purchased from Detailers Finest
- Promotional sale items and free goods
Return Shipping
- Detailers Finest can assist with return shipping if customer needs and cost will be billed to customer when credit is processed
- Items returned must be packed properly in approved packaging
- DO NOT return leaking or opened containers
